RETURN POLICY:

ALL PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. 

Due to the uniqueness of my creations, returns are not available at this time.

 

REPAIRS:

However, if you have a item that arrives broken, please message Reyn Gems with pictures and as much information you have. Most pieces can be fixed or adjusted with a little extra love and care. I will repair them ~free of charge~ but the customer will cover shipping costs to get item back to seller. After product is fixed, seller will cover shipping costs to return item back to customer as soon as possible. 

*If you are returning a product for repairs, you must CONTACT REYN GEMS FIRST. Once approved and confirmed by Reyn Gems, you may resend the package. Please return in same packaging so it travels safely. Return shipping details will be sent after we discuss the damage of the item.

*When returning a product for repairs, PLEASE send back in original packaging. Products are sent with care to insure product is not tampered with on its journey.*
