ALL PRODUCTS AND PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.
Due to the uniqueness of my creations, returns are not available at this time.
>REPAIRS
However, if you have a item that arrives broken, please message me with pictures and as much information you have. Most pieces can be fixed or adjusted with a little extra love and care. I will repair it ~free of charge~ however, the customer will have to pay for return shipping to get item back to seller. After product is fixed, seller will return item back to customer as soon as possible.
*If you are returning a product for repairs, you must CONTACT SELLER FIRST once I approve repair you may resend the package. Please return in same packaging so it travels safely. I will send you return shipping details after we discuss the damage of the item.
*When returning a product for repairs, PLEASE send back in original packaging. I send products with care and I would appreciate it you to do the same to insure product is not tampered with on its journey.*
